The above-referenced service providers are independent of and not employed by Weigel FAM. Nothing should be construed as the creation of a relationship of partnership, joint venture or any other similar relationship between the Parties. Although such service providers are retained to provide advice to Weigel FAM, Weigel FAM is ultimately responsible for fulfilling all of its regulatory and legal obligations.
